We had a good time with friends this past weekend and had the opportunity to make a traditional Chinese Baozi. This is the finished product right before they go in the steamer to cook!
The meat mixture contained pork, fresh ginger, green onion, and other spices.
We had to remember to have fun while being very delicate in assembling the Baozi.
This took all afternoon to put together.
